The sole has a base of polyester yarn or nylon yarn. When the yarn for the sole is spun, lots of small active particles are mixed in. What are these active particles, you might be thinking? You are absolutely right to wonder, considering all the chemicals that some manufacturers in the textile industry mix into their clothes. It is not surprising to be concerned about the materials and manufacturing process of the garments you use - and how it affects the environment. But then we have a happy surprise for you!
Functional socks with 100% natural particles
The small active particles we mix into the sock yarn are 100% natural. It's sand from volcanoes and carbon from coconut shells! But what's strange you're thinking now – doesn't that sound high-tech?! Well - the fact is that it's very high-tech and we'll explain why.
These small particles from volcanic sand and coconut shells are super smart and are superior to all other chemical surface treatments that are otherwise used in the textile world. The particles are also permanent in the yarn and can never be washed or worn out. This means that the lifespan of the technology is the same as the lifespan of the socks, something that is unique in the textile world! This is how 37.5® Technology works in our socks
Usually it is the moisture that makes your feet feel uncomfortable and overheated. With 37.5® Technology in your socks moisture can be quickly transported out, making both training and everyday activities more comfortable. This is how the unique 37.5® function in Gococo socks works:- 37.5® reacts to body heat. The active particles embedded in the sole's yarn react to the body's infrared heat, and the infrared heat in turn acts as the technology's battery.
- Transports moisture. The particles in the sock yarn react as soon as steam starts to form, and can transport the moisture out before liquid sweat droplets form. This function is unique!
