Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in local currency based on your location and include VAT . Currency is automatically converted for a smooth shopping experience.

Payment

We offer secure and flexible payment options via Shopify Payments , Klarna, Swish and PayPal.

Shopify Payments

Pay easily with:

  • Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay for fast checkout
  • Bank transfer (depending on your location)

Klarna Checkout

Choose between:

  • Invoice (14 days)
  • Partial payment
  • Card payment
  • Direct payment via bank

Swish

Pay quickly and easily via Swish by following the instructions at checkout. The Swish app is required.

PayPal

With PayPal you can pay securely without sharing your card details. You will need a PayPal account to complete the purchase. Read more about PayPal here .


Delivery

Delivery time

  • 1–2 weekdays within Sweden
  • 2–3 weekdays to northern Sweden

Delivery method

We ship all orders with PostNord Varubrev , which means the package is delivered directly to your mailbox. If the shipment is too large, it will be delivered to your nearest representative.

Damaged goods & Complaints

Damaged goods upon delivery

If your item was damaged during transport:

  • Report it directly at the delivery location if the damage is visible upon pickup.
  • If the damage is discovered later, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Complaints

We carry out thorough quality checks, but if you have received a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@gococosportswear.com with the order number and pictures of the error.
  2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the item free of charge.
  3. Once we receive the return, we will send a replacement product at no extra cost.

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints .


Right of withdrawal (Open Purchase)

According to Swedish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused and in substantially unchanged condition .
  • If the item has been handled more than necessary to examine it, we may make a depreciation deduction.
  • The return cost is paid by the customer.
