At Gococo, we want to make your return experience as easy and seamless as possible. Here are our return and refund guidelines:
Returns and refunds
- You can return your goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you want to exchange an item, you have 30 days from receipt of your order.
Conditions for returns
- For a return to be approved , both the product and the packaging must be in their original condition , that is, unused and intact .

Get your QR code:
Once your return is approved, we will send you a QR code via email. Take the code to a PostNord representative , where they will scan the code and accept your return – no shipping label needed! -
Packaging:
- Make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Return cost
- The customer is responsible for return shipping , and the cost is automatically deducted from the refund or Klarna invoice .
- The return shipping fee is 45 SEK and is deducted when the order value is refunded.
