Gococo was founded by twin sisters Annie and Linnéa Wennergren, two elite sailors and world champions who know what it means to perform at their best. After countless hours on the water – and just as many in wet, uncomfortable socks – the idea was born: why weren’t there socks that really fit?
With their background in sports and a big dose of entrepreneurial spirit, they founded Gococo in 2010, with the goal of creating the best sports socks on the market. Today, they design each sock themselves, with the same focus on function, quality and smart materials that they themselves lacked during their sports careers.

For Annie and Linnéa, the right material has always been a given. It's kind of in their genes. They grew up in a functional textile family where dinner conversations often revolved around functional fibers and textile technology.
